Return policy

  • Online purchases (Final sale items and gifts excluded) are valid for exchange or return within 14 days from the date you've received all your items.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
  • The original shipping cost and the insurance (if any) are non-refundable.

How do I return an item?

  • Log in to your account and submit a return request.

  • Our support team <support@kamisoutfit.com> will follow up with you on your return request.

  • Ship the packgae back to our provided address, and provide the tracking number to us.

  • Arrange the refund after we receive it.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

    We need 1-7 days to process your package after it is delivered to our warehouse. After we process the package, it may take 7-14 days for your refund to appear on your account, depending on the payment method you used.

    A.Paid by Credit or Debit Card: The refund will be credited on your account within 7-14 days. Please contact your card-issuing bank for details on when the refund will be credited on your account.

    B.Paid by PayPal: The refund will be credited to your account within 1-7 days.

    C.Paid by Store credit payment:The refund will be credited to your account immediately.
