Where do you ship from?
We ship from China and support delivery to most regions worldwide, including Europe, Americas, Asia, and Australia. Regarding specific regions, you can refer to our shipping policy.
What shipping options do you provide?
We offer standard shipping for all orders and express shipping for the US region only. If you have any further questions, please refer to our shipping policy!
How to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order by the tracking number in the email. If you did not receive the confirmation email, you can contact us via email at Support@Kamisoutfit.com to obtain your order tracking number.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days (Orders with multiple products may take longer). The shipping time varies by region. Please refer to our shipping policy or the information provided on the order checkout page.
How to modify my order information?
Once an order ships, we’re unable to make any modifications, so please ensure all address information is correct along with any APT, unit, or suite numbers. If you still need to make a change, send an email to Support@Kamisoutfit.com as soon as possible with the right info, and we’ll do our best to modify it!
Can I return my delivered order?
Returns PolicyWe accept returns on Non-Clearance items that are in original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 14 days of the delivery date. Please follow our returns/exchanges process below. If items do not meet our requirements for return, they will be shipped back to you in lieu of a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (exceptions may apply). Please note: All return shipping fees will be at the buyers discretion.
Can I exchange if the size is not fit?
Although we have tried our best to provide full information about items such as discretion, size, etc., we know they may not fit all our customers. No worries! We provide you with an exchange service. You can exchange the item within 15 days after the package is delivered. Return Fee: Shipping fee of the new exchanged order will be covered by us. But the return shipping fee of the original order should be covered by the customer.
